How Sokoto Caregiver Turned To Human Trafficking Merchant; Sold 28 Children Including His 6 Biological Sons

Malam Bala Abubakar, a resident of the Tudun Wada area in Sokoto South LGA of Sokoto State, was renowned as a source of relief and support for orphans in his community and neighboring areas. However, on Thursday, April 30, 2024, he was paraded alongside nine other suspects in connection with child abduction and human trafficking.

Abubakar was said to have been running an organisation that seeks support for orphans and because of that many widows went to him for support for their orphaned children.

A resident of Tudun Wada, who sought anonymity, said they were shocked to hear about his involvement in the abduction and trafficking of children.

“I know Bala has an organisation that caters for orphans. He used to look for support for them from politicians and other wealthy individuals. And many widows go to him for support for their children.

“Nobody knew he was into this unfortunate business (trafficking) until he was paraded by the police along with other suspects.

“Our prayer is that the police would investigate further in order to rescue all the victims,” the resident said

According to the Sokoto State Police Command, Abubakar had sold 28 children including six of his biological sons to one Elizabeth Oja and Kulu Dogonyaro, all residents of Abuja at a cost ranging from N150,000 to N250,000.

Nemesis, however, caught up with them when on April 27, 2024, at about 2000hrs, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command arrested Mrs Dogonyaro and Ojah travelling with five children, including under-fives and a 2-week-old baby, when other passengers noticed an unusual feeding method as instead of breastfeeding, the infant was given powdered milk.

On reaching Abuja, the driver of the commercial vehicle, drove straight to the nearest police station to report the suspicious duo.

While at the station, the suspects claimed that the children were willingly given to them by their parents in Sokoto to enable them to hand them over to a non-governmental organisation for their upkeep and schooling in Abuja.

Further police investigation revealed that Mrs. Dogonyaro at one time lived in Sokoto for over 20 years as confirmed by the mothers of the five children rescued.

According to the police, the mothers were all widows who were deceived to part with their children under the pretence that they would be handed over to an Abuja-based NGO which would shoulder their responsibilities, welfare and upbringing while other children victims were abducted on their way to Islamic school.

The police added that, during investigation, 15 more children were rescued from other states, two more suspects were arrested all of who claimed to have gotten the children through Mrs. Dogonyaro.

Meanwhile, a total number of 20 rescued children were handed over to the Sokoto State orphanage home for proper care, while 10 suspects have been arrested. READ FULL STORY HERE>>>CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE READING>>>

I don’t sell children –Abubakar

However, Abubakar in an interview with newsmen denied the allegation against him, saying the children were not abducted or trafficked but rather willingly submitted by their mothers who wanted them to get a better life.

“I am not a trafficker neither a kidnapper. I know Mrs Dogonyaro through a friend who happened to be the personal assistant to the former commissioner of Social Welfare.

“One day, a woman who was mentally unstable abandoned her two children in our area. We took them to our village head who invited the director, Social Welfare, who came along with the woman and collected the children.

“And that was how I met Isa who kept coming to me and telling me to hand these kinds of children to Kulu Dogonyaro; that she had a place where they were taking good care of children.

“Since then, I have been taking orphans brought to me by their mothers to her for proper care. But I am not collecting anything from her,” he said.

Abubakar, however, admitted handing over his six biological children to the woman but insisted that, he did not collect a penny from her.

I didn’t know the children were abducted – Elizabeth

On her part, Mrs Elizabeth said she was not aware that the children were victims of abduction.

“I know Kulu Dogonyaro in Sokoto. We lived in the same barracks for over 20 years.

“I came back to Sokoto, looking for a job and she came to my place and asked me to help her take the five children to Abuja because Bala brought a large number of children to her. And I can’t say no to her because we have been friends for 21 years.

“She told me that the children were orphans and would be taken to an organization in Abuja for proper upkeep,” she said

On April 22, a report from the Financial Times, shared by Reuters, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered to stop the war in Ukraine but only if the front lines stay where they are right now. This idea was brought up as part of talks with former U.S. President Donald Trump, who is trying to play a role in negotiating peace.

According to the report, Putin had this conversation in St. Petersburg earlier this month with Steve Witkoff, who is known to be close to Trump and is acting as his special representative in the talks. During their meeting, Putin reportedly said that Russia might be willing to give up its claims to certain parts of Ukraine specifically, areas within four regions that are only partially controlled by Russian forces and still have Ukrainian troops in them…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>> READ FULL STORY HERE>>>CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE READING>>>

12 States Sue Trump Over ‘Illegal’ Tariffs That Could Send Prices Soaring and Jobs Disappearing –

Twelve U.S. states have taken legal action against the Trump administration, accusing it of unlawfully raising taxes on Americans through tariffs. These tariffs were put in place using a law called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), which gives the president special powers during national emergencies. But the lawsuit argues that this law was never meant to be used to create tariffs and that Trump has gone beyond what the law allows.

The states claim that in the 50 years since the law was created, no president has used it to put tariffs in place, even during times when the country faced serious drug-related issues or major trade deficits. They believe Congress never intended for the law to be used in this way…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>> READ FULL STORY HERE>>>CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE READING>>>

Liberal TV Hosts Mock Pregnant Tiffany Trump, but Barron Trump Shuts Them Up for Good! –

The bright lights of a television studio shined as three popular TV hosts sat at their desk, smiling into the camera. But what they said next shocked the world. They mocked Tiffany Trump—calling her a gold digger, saying she was like her mother, and laughing at the fact that she was pregnant. One of the hosts even said, “Just imagine another Trump in the world.” Millions of viewers watched in silence. Some were angry. Some were hurt. Others turned off their TVs.

But no one was more upset than Baron Trump.

Baron, Tiffany’s younger brother, was sitting in the White House. He clenched his jaw and stared at the screen. His hands gripped his phone so tightly that his knuckles turned white. Tiffany had always been kind to him. She had always supported him. And now, people were laughing at her on national television…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>

A security guard nearby noticed something was wrong. “Sir, is everything okay?” he asked.

Baron stood up, tall and serious. “No,” he said. “It’s not.”

For years, Baron had stayed quiet. The world knew him as the quiet son of former President Donald Trump. But this time, he refused to stay silent. He took out his phone, pressed record, and spoke clearly and powerfully.

“You disgust me,” Baron said to the TV hosts. “Mocking my sister. Calling her mother names. You sit behind a desk and think you can say anything you want. You don’t know my family. You don’t know my sister. And you definitely don’t know me.”

He posted the video online. Within minutes, it went viral. People around the world watched as Baron stood up for his sister with strength and intelligence. The hashtag #BaronDefendsTiffany started trending. Millions praised him for speaking the truth.

The TV hosts didn’t expect this. They thought no one would speak out. But Baron’s calm but firm response left them speechless. Still, they tried to fight back. One host went back on air and said, “Baron Trump is just another spoiled rich kid throwing a tantrum.”

Baron watched quietly. Then he made a decision.

“I want to sue them,” he told his father’s legal team.

The lawyers got to work. Soon, headlines spread across the internet: Baron Trump Sues TV Network for Defamation.

But Baron wasn’t finished. He held a press conference and spoke directly to the American people.

“This isn’t about politics,” Baron said. “It’s about human decency. When did it become okay to attack a pregnant woman on television?”

His message was clear. It wasn’t just about his sister—it was about all people who are treated unfairly by the media. READ FULL STORY HERE>>>CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE READING>>>

The video of his speech broke records. Over 100 million people watched. People cried. Some who had once criticized the Trump family admitted they were wrong. Even celebrities praised Baron for his courage.

The network that aired the cruel segment panicked. Advertisers pulled out. Ratings dropped. They offered Baron a large amount of money to drop the lawsuit.

But Baron said no.

“I don’t care about money,” he told his lawyers. “I want a public apology. On air. The same way they mocked my sister.”

And he got it.

The same TV hosts who had laughed at Tiffany were now on camera, apologizing to her and her family. Tiffany sat in the front row, wiping away tears. Baron sat beside her, calm and proud.

But some media outlets still tried to twist the story. Baron refused to back down. He pushed the lawsuit to court. During the trial, one of the hosts admitted they had lied. The judge ruled in Baron’s favor. The network had to pay millions and the hosts were suspended.

On the courthouse steps, Baron spoke to the world again.

“This isn’t about revenge,” he said. “It’s about truth. It’s about justice.”

Tiffany stood beside him. “My brother stood up for me when no one else would,” she said, tears in her eyes.

Baron became a symbol of truth and courage. He donated all the money from the lawsuit to help others who had suffered from media lies. People across the country called him “The Protector.”

One week. That’s all it took to change everything.

Baron Trump—once the quiet youngest son of a president—had become a powerful voice for justice.
