Former Raiders Defender Chandler Jones Accepts Plea Deal After Domestic Violence Charge

The former defensive end of Las Vegas Raiders, Chandler Jonesaccepted a plea deal to plead no contest to a June 17 domestic violence charge and will avoid prison if he meets certain conditions, according to court documents in Clark County, Nevada.

Jones received a 90-day suspended jail sentence. The charge will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for the next six months and has no contact with the victim except by Family Court orders, according to records.

Jones34 years old, was arrested in Las Vegas in September and was charged with violating a temporary domestic violence protection order. He was arrested again in October for violating the protective order.
