At 81 years old, Pons has said enough and has sued the New York Jets for using the logo that he himself designed in the late 70s. In the lawsuit, Pons claims that the original design of the JETS logo belongs to him and that He was never paid for itand asks that it be immediately removed from the club’s merchandise or that they pay him good financial compensation “now that they are making millions” from it.
