Little Girl Attacked on Bus, Principal Calls Video ‘Gruesome and Horrifying’

“She can’t tell them to stop. She couldn’t get away because she’s in a five-point harness car seat. She just had to sit there and take it, and the bus driver wasn’t stopping,” an upset mother explained after seeing what her young daughter endured on the school bus. And, it’s heartbreaking, to say the least.

Lillian Waldron, a 10-year-old little girl with developmental delays, attends Langlade Elementary School in Green Bay, Wisconsin. To get to and from school, she rides a bus with other students who also have special needs, sitting in a child safety seat with a five-point harness directly behind the bus driver…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>

One would think such an arrangement would provide the utmost safety for the nonverbal little girl, but her parents found out that sadly wasn’t the case. When Lillian, affectionately called Lilly by her parents, came home on a Monday afternoon, she ran to her mother crying, holding her arm, and was inconsolable. Lilly doesn’t speak. So, her mom didn’t know what was wrong. She would find out, however, when she took off her daughter’s shirt and uncovered a grisly sight.

“She loves baths and that’s soothing to her. So, I brought her home and I was getting her ready for the bath. I took her sweatshirt off, and that’s when I noticed,” recalled Lynn Waldron-Moehle, Lillian’s mother. The disabled child’s tiny upper arms were covered in major bruises, indicating the torture she was forced to endure as her safety seat prevented her from getting away from the abuse.

While sitting right behind the bus driver, Lillian Waldron was repeatedly bitten by another student, unable to tell her tormenter to stop. But, although Lilly can’t speak, she does make sounds when she’s in pain — sounds the bus driver should have heard and investigated. Instead, the driver did nothing to help. That’s why her parents are speaking out.

“The seat was right behind the bus driver and he couldn’t hear anything going on or see anything? Come on,” Chad Waldron, Lillian’s dad, said in disbelief. Making matters worse, the incident was caught on video that’s been described as “gruesome and horrifying.”

According to a representative for Lamers Bus Lines, all Green Bay Area Public Schools buses have video recording devices on them and bus drivers are allowed to step in if an altercation happens. But, that’s seemingly not what happened during the incident involving Lillian Waldron.

The school district said they are investigating the video from the bus, but according to the child’s mother, the principal already watched it, and he was disturbed by what he saw. “He said it was gruesome and horrifying to look at. That the girl was brutally biting my daughter’s arm,” Lynn said.

“Several administrators and myself immediately reached out to the family,” a statement from school district Superintendent Michelle Langenfeld said. “[We] met with them to address their concerns and provide support to ensure the physical and emotional wellbeing of our student.” READ FULL STORY HERE>>>CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE READING>>>

Ensuring that wellbeing is as easy as having an adult watch over the kids, according to the Lillian Waldron’s parents. “If you can’t keep an eye on these kids and they are special needs, then you need to bring somebody In, you know, to be watching if the bus driver can’t do it,” Chad said.

“I would like to see this not ever happen to another child. No other child needs to go through what Lilly went through,” Lynn added. So far, the school has made two changes to prevent the incident from happening again. First, the student who bit Lilly is no longer allowed at the elementary school. Secondly, Lilly will ride to and from school in a van with two adults going forward.

But, are these solutions enough? Shouldn’t someone also be held responsible for neglecting their duties, whether that’s the school or the bus driver? Yes, the driver has to watch the road, but he or she also has a responsibility to ensure the safety of all children on the bus.

If this wasn’t possible for any reason, the employee had a duty to let make the school aware that the situation was not safe. If this was an out-of-the-ordinary exception to the usual ride, the driver should have pulled over and addressed the issue as a priority — just like we would expect them to do for a child experiencing a medical emergency.

Instead, the bus driver’s only focus seemed to be on driving. As a child undoubtedly shrieked in pain right behind the person responsible for keeping her safe, her cries were ignored, and the result was so much worse than it had to be. Rather than being bitten once, which is admittedly bad enough, she was bitten again and again until she was covered in bruises that visually represent only a fraction of the intense pain and fear she must have endured.

An aid for the bus sounds like a viable solution, but many complain it would be expensive for taxpayers who fund the district.

However, so is a lawsuit when the lack of oversight and supervision leads to a preventable injury or worse. If another child can bite this little girl to this extent without someone intervening, what else could they have done? And, what if it was your child? What price do you put on their safety?

During her sentencing hearing, the mother put on the waterworks and cried because she was so ashamed and sorry for what she did to the little boys.

The mother also confessed that she failed at her motherly duties because she did not protect the children. During the times of the attacks, the defendant’s daughter was an 11-year-old girl and was ignorant of what her mother was doing.

The jury found the mother guilty after just three hours of deliberation. “We’re immensely pleased,” Deputy Attorney Kleine said. “It’s been three years, a harrowing experience for the families, for the victims…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>

It’s been a roller coaster of emotions. Just immensely proud of the victims, in this case, to be able to stay on course and still testify.”

According to the court documents, after being found guilty of molesting teen boys in her home throughout 2 years, the 38-year-old mom, Christina, finally learned her sentence.

She was sentenced to 64 to 102 years in prison for se-ually assaulting boys, twelve years old and thirteen years old, after weakening their resistance with alcohol and marijuana edibles. The attacks on the young boys occurred inside her home while her daughter was hosting sleepover parties with friends.

Her mom was found guilty by a jury of her peers on three counts of first-degree se-ual assault of a child, six counts of felony child abuse, and two counts of witness tampering. Now she will need to face her prison sentence that ensures she will be behind bars until she is in her nineties. READ FULL STORY HERE>>>CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE READING>>>

The 38-year-old mom was arrested by police officers after someone made a report that she was having se* with one of her victims. When a sheriff’s deputy interviewed the victim, who was thirteen, the boy admitted that he had se* with the mother three separate times inside her home during the sleepover parties. Following her arrest, another victim came forward.

This boy told police his story and had similar allegations against the molester. Shortly after, the mom was slapped with an additional charge for child enticement. “Having se* with an adult female is thought of, ‘That’s the cool kid of the group,’” said Deputy Attorney Kleine.

“It’s just not the case in these situations. They’ve been bullied, transferred schools multiple times. It’s just unfortunate they have to continue to deal with it.”

During her sentencing hearing, the mother put on the waterworks and cried because she was so ashamed and sorry for what she did to the little boys. The mother also confessed that she “failed” at her motherly duties because she did not protect the children.

“Now our victims are 15, 16 years old,” Kleine said. “One of them just got a driver’s license. Now they’re going to have to deal with this rest of their lives. Any relationship will have trust issues due to what she did to them.”

The victims in the case – and Christina’s daughter – have not been publicly identified because they are all minors. However, her daughter testified in court and explained how her mother told her not to tell anyone about the se-ual assaults going on inside the house. The daughter confessed that she caught her mother and a boy kissing in one of the rooms.

Parents wanted justice for what babysitter did to their baby, ‘got rejected for odd reason’!

Per reports, both parents, Alicia and Joshua, noticed that their 1-year-old baby had a black eye after spending few hours with the 27-year-old babysitter, Markel.

Both parents said that their son was with the babysitter and they were certain he had injured the baby boy. The morning after the babysitter had been in charge of the child, the couple rushed their baby to the hospital and filed a police report to make it clear that they meant business and were seeking justice for the harm their child had endured…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>

The parents left the babysitter in charge of their baby while they went out on a date. It was a rare outing for the couple who were simply looking for some time together.

According to the parents, the babysitter allegedly took out his rage on the boy. When the parents came home, the babysitter was sleeping while their son was screaming in pain. However, no bruises were visible on the baby’s body until the next morning, so the couple paid the babysitter and sent him home. The local police department got involved in the case.

They claimed that it was clear the babysitter was responsible. A detective investigating the incident even went so far as to say that the injuries could have been fatal for the little child. Then, the babysitter confessed to hitting the little boy.

Apparently, the babysitter is a friend of Joshua, the father. He was arrested, but the charges against him were eventually dropped due to a ruling that stated that the victim must be able to describe the attack. Even though the 1-year-old baby had a black eye, bruises, and more injuries from the abuse, the baby was unable to speak, so prosecutors had to let the charges drop. That’s when the baby’s mother turned to Facebook to vent about the abuses his son had to endure.

“TWO months ago if not longer, my one-year-old son was smacked across the right side of his face by our babysitter (keep this person anonymous) to the point where MULTIPLE doctors (who in fact showed us handprints) and the detective said it could have killed him. After several days if not a week of being distracted at my job (only commission sales job and only source of income), we had a confession from the abuser saying they did it. STILL, this person was not arrested because they had to build a case and a jury to find him guilty BEFORE they go to jail.

Side note if I’m not mistaken (if I strike a person in the face and the cops were called, I would be put in handcuffs immediately). After TWO months of waiting, we only find out that charges are dropped BECAUSE my one-year-old cannot tell you verbally he was abused, and my son did not show he was in pain OR that this person “intentionally” did this.

I am SO furious that I’m not using profanity, HOPING something is done, and this goes viral.”

The family continued to look for justice, and detectives discovered that the babysitter had been drinking when he was baby-sitting the boy and his 3-year-old sister, leading him to lose control of his temper and slap the boy across the face.

The then-27-year-old babysitter was sentenced to 3 months in prison and three years of probation. He must undergo an alcohol treatment program, anger management classes and can’t have contact with minors who aren’t related to him.

Mother hired nanny to help care for 11-year-old son, but never thought this decision would make her ‘throw up’!

The unfortunate mom, Nadean, said that her son, Chris, was just 11 years old when their live-in nanny changed the boy’s life. The 22-year-old woman, Marisa, was reportedly hired by Nadean to care for her son in the family home.

Per reports, the nanny was also recommended by Nadean’s sister-in-law, who had also employed her. Marisa moved in with the family, and Nadean came to think of her as a daughter. But, behind closed doors, Marisa was reportedly grooming young Chris…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>

“It was a game called ‘are you nervous,’ and the object of that game was she’d place her hands somewhere on my body and I’d say if I was nervous or not and things escalated from there,” the now-17-year-old Chris said.

Unfortunately, the woman se-ually assaulted the 11-year-old boy and even gave birth to his baby. After the se-ual abuse began, Chris said it continued to happen almost every night. It didn’t stop until he was 14 years old, according to reports.

“She said that she loved me. She said that she wanted to date, but she couldn’t let anyone know because it was obviously wrong,” Chris explained. “You have to lie or else I’m gonna have to go away,” he said Marisa told him.

Then came the news that she was pregnant. “I was a little bit freaked because I was confused,” Chris recalled. Marisa gave birth to a baby boy named Bentley as she continued to live with the family, telling Chris’s mother that another man, her boyfriend, was her child’s father.

Chris eventually surmised the courage to tell his mother the truth, and Nadean notified the authorities. A DNA test confirmed that Chris was Bentley’s father. “When the results came back, I went and threw up,” Nadean admitted, saying she felt like a failure. “How did I let this woman manipulate me and my family in such a way that she could do this and I was blind to it?” Nearly three years after giving birth to the boy’s child, Marisa was arrested. She was charged with multiple counts of se-ual battery and faced life in prison. Initially, she told detectives Chris had forced himself on her.

But, in a phone call with the boy, which investigators recorded, she admitted that wasn’t true. With the evidence stacked against her, Marissa took a plea deal. At 28 years old, five years after giving birth to Chris’s baby, she was sentenced.

A 17-year-old Chris sat in a courtroom to watch as she was handed 20 years in prison for what she did to him. Upon her release, she will have to complete 10 years of probation and will need to register as a se* offender, meaning she will spend the rest of her life adhering to a series of strict conditions.

According to court records, Marisa now has three children. In court, her public defender pointed to the former nanny’s troubled past, which included an abusive childhood, absent parents, being homeless, and only receiving her high school diploma while in jail, but Nadean said it was no excuse for the damage she caused, changing the course of Chris’s entire life. Chris’s mom says Marisa is a predator who manipulated her family and stole Chris’s innocence.

“We’re talking about a child that was 11,” Nadean said. “Not even a teenager. Eleven.” Nadean is now urging other parents to be vigilant, to start digging when something doesn’t seem right, and not to assume that women won’t victimize children, particularly those entrusted with protecting them.

“We don’t think about females being predators, usually,” Nadean explained. “I didn’t — and it cost me.” And, it cost Chris too — but it wasn’t all bad.
