When a heartless nanny was caught on camera shoving her buttocks in a crippled boy’s face and dragging him across the floor, she was charged with child abuse. When a toddler with Down syndrome began acting abnormally, his mother set up a hidden camera. It has been revealed that shocking evidence exists of a cruel nanny who is accused of assaulting a disabled youngster in her care.

Lillian White was secretly caught sitting on four-year-old Luke Fields and called him a little mother effer, according to the police. The upsetting video will be played at her trial in which she’ll be accused of child cruelty. White may be seen sitting on top of the helpless tot, then she flips Luke over and drags him across the floor, kicking and screaming…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>

Disabled Luke’s mother filmed him because she was concerned that he was being harmed. It was made public by Luke’s mother, Tiffany Fields, who installed a hidden camera in the family’s living room in Lexington, Massachusetts, and then made the footage public. White began caring for her son, who has Down syndrome and epilepsy, in June, and she claims that he suddenly began acting abnormally after White began caring for him.

Mrs. Fields’ attorney, Dale Golden, argued throughout the trial that Mrs. Fields was traumatized by what she’d witnessed. In his words, “When she looked at it, she was shocked to see that her child had not only been physically tortured but had also been verbally tormented.” In the video, White can be seen squatting on top of the tot and shoving her buttocks into his face as she changes him in the bathroom.

She can be heard stating, “You’re a spoiled brat. This is exactly what we intend to do; we’re going to do things my way.” A brutal turnover and dragging around the floor follows, with Luke suffering from heart difficulties as well. White has entered a not guilty plea to the charge of second-degree criminal abuse. Her trial is still ongoing.

The following is the text of the case, which was reported by dailymail.com:

Kentucky resident Lillian D. White can be seen on nanny camera footage sitting on Luke, age four, while she changes his diaper with her buttocks pressing against his chin. She then appears to be carrying Luke, who suffers from heart abnormalities and epilepsy, across the floor of his living room, where he’s seen crying. After noticing changes in her son’s conduct, Luke’s mother, Tiffany Fields, decided to install a surveillance camera in her home.

On Friday, a second-degree criminal abuse charge against White, who has been Luke’s nanny since June, has been filed against her in court. On Tuesday, she entered a not guilty plea and refused to make any statements. After being seen on a hidden camera abusing a four-year-old kid with Down syndrome who was in her care, a woman has been arrested in Kentucky and charged with abuse.

Nanny camera footage shows Lillian D. White of Lexington sitting on four-year-old Luke while she changes his diaper, her buttocks resting against his face. Lillian D. White may be seen on nanny camera footage sitting on four-year-old Luke while she changes his diaper, her bottom resting on his face and dragging him around the floor while she changes his diaper. In June, White, who had been Luke’s nanny since then, was detained and charged with second-degree criminal neglect.

“You little s***, this is what we’re going to do; we’re going to do it my way,” she’s heard saying in surveillance footage obtained by WKYT and shared with the news station. The fact that I’m sitting on top of you means you’re not going to kick me.

After noticing changes in her son’s conduct, Luke’s mother, Tiffany Fields, decided to install a surveillance camera in her home on Friday. “When she looked at it, she was shocked to see that her child was not only being physically assaulted but also being verbally tortured,” said Dale Golden, an attorney who represents the victim’s family, in an interview with NBC Bay Area. It was a shocking discovery for her, Eda Golden.

Also, in another similar case, an Ohio babysitter is charged with abusive toddler after parents place hidden camera. After realizing that something was wrong with their toddler, a Columbus family decided to put a covert camera in the babysitter’s room to keep a watch on her. Now, the babysitter is being investigated for allegedly assaulting the child on multiple occasions.

In an interview with the family’s attorney, he stated that the parents put the camera after noticing that every time they attempted to pick up their daughter, she’d cover her face. It didn’t take long to figure out what was going on. The 20-month-old child is seen getting up from sleep and trying to get a glimpse of what the sitter is watching on her phone in the video. When the girl looks up, she gets slapped in the face.

The child sitter, a 21-year-old woman, was hired about six months ago when the child’s parents returned to their places of employment. “They’re there to keep an eye on the child,” says the nanny, “and if you look at what the babysitter was doing, you’ll notice that she was looking through her phone,” according to Emmanuel Olawale of the Olawale Law Firm. “That’s not what she was paid to do.”

After being struck in the face for the first time, the toddler appeared to have been struck repeatedly in the following minutes. The child did not cry at all. This, to my mind, indicates that it’s been going on for quite some time. There’s no way for parents to find out, and there’s no method for the baby to report it, Olawale explained.

The filming began on April 26th, with the first frame being captured. The incident was discovered two days after it occurred. The sitter was arrested and charged in Franklin County with endangering a child and child abuse, both of which are crimes in the state of Pennsylvania.

Because of the victim’s young age, the parents believe that the charges should be increased. “No way was the victim capable of speaking for herself, especially given the fact that this was not an isolated instance of sexual assault. It’s been going on for a long time; they just weren’t aware of it,” Olawale explained.

People should pay attention and understand that sometimes when you grant caretakers permission to care for your child, you should also be on the lookout for problems. It’s not only physical harm directed at a child that qualifies as child abuse in this context; it refers to any sort of mistreatment by an adult that’s aggressive or frightening to a child. Neglect is included in this category.

When child abuse occurs in the home and the perpetrator is a family member, such as the child’s parent or caretaker, this is referred to as domestic violence. Children, on the other hand, are occasionally abused by adults on whom they’re reliant, such as daycare workers, teachers, and sports coaches.

Abuse is sometimes done on purpose; however, it’s not always the case. When parents or caregivers are no longer able to cope with the demands of caring for their children, it can lead to dysfunctional behavior and even abuse.

In 2010, researchers from Leiden University and TNO, the Netherlands Organization for Applied Science Research, conducted a study to determine the extent and nature of child abuse in the Netherlands. An estimated 119,000 children are abused in some way every year, according to estimates.

Types of Child Maltreatment: There are five types of child maltreatment that are commonly encountered. The term “physical abuse” refers to any sort of physical violence a kid is subjected to. “Emotional or psychological abuse” occurs if an adult berates him or her on a frequent basis, treats him or her in a dismissive and unfriendly manner, or purposely frightens him or her.

“Physical neglect” occurs when a child does not receive the care and caring that it needs on a physical level. “Emotional or psychological neglect” is not taking into consideration the child’s need for love, warmth, and security. Cases in which children are witnesses to domestic violence between their parents or caretakers are also included in this category. “Sexual abuse” is defined as sexual contact that’s forced upon.

Guy Fawkes’ punishment was one of the most severe in English history – here’s what happens when a body is hung, drawn and quartered

After their infamous plot to destroy parliament was foiled, Guy Fawkes and his co-conspirators received one of the most severe judicial sentences in English history: hanging, drawing and quartering. According to the Treason Act 1351 , this punishment involved…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>

That you be drawn on a hurdle to the place of execution, where you shall be hanged by the neck and being alive cut down, your privy members shall be cut off and your bowels taken out and burned before you, your head severed from your body and your body divided into four quarters to be disposed of at the King’s pleasure.

This process aimed not only to inflict excruciating pain on the condemned, but to serve as a deterrent – demonstrating the fate of those who betrayed the Crown. While Fawkes reportedly jumped from the gallows – which meant he avoided the full extent of his punishment – his co-conspirators apparently weren’t so lucky.

By dissecting each stage of this medieval punishment from an anatomical perspective, we can understand the profound agony each of them endured.

Torture for confession

Before his public execution on January 31 1606, Fawkes was tortured to force a confession about his involvement in the “gunpowder plot”.

The Tower of London records confirm that King James I personally authorised “the gentler tortures first”. Accounts reveal that Fawkes was stretched on the rack – a device designed to slowly pull the limbs in opposite directions. This stretching inflicted severe trauma on the shoulders, elbows and hips, as well as the spine.

The forces exerted by the rack probably exceeded those required for joint or hip dislocation under normal conditions.

Substantive differences between Fawkes’ signatures on confessions between November 8 and shortly before his execution may indicate the amount of nerve and soft tissue damage sustained. It also illustrates how remarkable his final leap from the gallows was.

Stage 1: hanging (partial strangulation)

After surviving the torture of the rack, Fawkes and his gang faced the next stage of their punishment: hanging. But this form of hanging only partially strangled the condemned – preserving their consciousness and prolonging their suffering.

Partial strangulation exerts extreme pressure on several critical neck structures. The hyoid bone , a small u-shaped structure above the larynx, is prone to bruising or fracture under compression .

Simultaneously, pressure on the carotid arteries restricts blood flow to the brain, while compression of the jugular veins causes pooling of blood in the head – probably resulting in visible haemorrhages in the eyes and face.

Because the larynx and trachea (both essential for airflow) are partially obstructed, this makes breathing laboured. Strain on the cervical spine and surrounding muscles in the neck can lead to tearing, muscle spasms or dislocation of the vertebra – causing severe pain. Fawkes brought his agony to a premature end by leaping from the gallows. Accounts from the time tell us:

His body being weak with the torture and sickness, he was scarce able to go up the ladder – yet with much ado, by the help of the hangman, went high enough to break his neck by the fall.

This probably caused him to suffer a bilateral fracture of his second cervical vertebra, assisted by his own bodyweight – an injury known as the “hangman’s fracture” .

Stage 2: Drawing (disembowelment)

After enduring partial hanging, the victim would then be “drawn” – a process which involved disembowelling them while still alive. This act mainly targeted the organs of the abdominal cavity – including the intestines, liver and kidney, as well as major blood vessels such as the abdominal aorta.

The physiological response to disembowelment would have been immediate and severe. The abdominal cavity possesses a high concentration of pain receptors – particularly around the membranous lining of the abdomen . When punctured, these pain receptors would have sent intense pain signals to the brain, overwhelming the body’s capacity for pain management . Shock would soon follow due to the rapid drop in blood pressure caused by massive amounts of blood loss.

Stage 3: quartering (dismemberment)

Quartering was also supposed to be performed while the victim was still alive. Though no accounts exist detailing at what phase victims typically lost consciousness during execution, it’s highly unlikely many survived the shock of being drawn.

So, at this stage, publicity superseded punishment given the victim’s likely earlier demise. Limbs that were removed from criminals were preserved by boiling them with spices. These were then toured around the country to act as a deterrent for others.

Though accounts suggest Fawkes’s body parts were sent to “the four corners of the United Kingdom”, there is no specific record of what was sent where. However, his head was displayed in London .

Traitor’s punishment

The punishment of hanging, drawing and quartering was designed to be as anatomically devastating as it was psychologically terrifying. Each stage of the process exploited the vulnerabilities of the human body to create maximum pain and suffering, while also serving as a grim reminder of the consequences of treason.

This punishment also gives us an insight into how medieval justice systems used the body as a canvas for social and political messaging. Fawkes’s fate, though unimaginable today, exemplifies the extremes to which the state could, and would, go to maintain control, power and authority over its subjects.

The sentence of hanging, drawing and quartering was officially removed from English law as part of the Forfeiture Act of 1870 .
