We’ve all heard that aloe vera is great for your hair and skin, but did you know that it also has other benefits? Sunburns, cut ends, and dry skin can all be healed with it, and it also helps to hydrate pores.
However, is it possible to completely digest aloe vera in order to take use of some of the benefits it offers? The answer to that question is yes! I was wondering if you could put aloe vera in your smoothies. Absolutely. You are able to separate the gel and include it into any mixtures of your choosing. My go-to recipe for an Aloe Vera Smoothie is included below for your convenience.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN?
The aloe vera plant, sometimes referred to as the “marvel plant,” is actually a low-growing shrub with a few stems. The gel that can be found on the underside of the plant’s leaves has brought it a lot of attention. This gel can be found in a wide variety of consumer products, including moisturizers, soaps, suntan lotion, natural medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and even food! To soothe a sunburn is something that is generally regarded as being possible.
DIRECTIONS FOR EATING ALOE VERA
There are a lot of people on this planet who wonder if it’s edible, and the answer is yes, it is edible. I’ve found that the best way to consume aloe vera in a dish is by blending it into a smoothie. This is due to the fact that aloe vera can occasionally have a potent odor that is not very appealing. Because of this, you will be able to combine it with any other components you like and still get all of the wonderful benefits it offers.
After you have eliminated the skin from the gel, you are able to have it uncooked; however, I find that I enjoy it most when blended into a smoothie.
Reduce the aloe leaf by one-half.

Filleted aloe vera gel to make aloe vera smoothie
INGREDIENTS
I started out by making an attempt at a recipe for a pretty tropical Aloe Vera Smoothie. I used pineapples, kiwis, cucumbers, coconut water, and orange juice in my smoothie. Despite the fact that I in fact adore the combination of these components, the color wasn’t quite right (it became yellowish greenish with seeds from the kiwi). Additionally, the flavor of the aloe vera gel has been described as being pretty fantastic.
Coconut water, orange juice, pineapple, cucumber, and kiwi are other alternatives that can be used to make an aloe vera smoothie.
As a result, I decided to shake things up and test the smoothie recipe that has consistently yielded the best results for me. I used coconut milk, frozen strawberries, a banana, and about a quarter cup of the gel that comes from the aloe vera plant in my smoothie.
Banana, coconut milk, strawberries, and aloe vera gel are the four ingredients needed to prepare the smoothie.
HOW TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE WITH ALOE VERA
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and give it a good whirl to combine them. You can add coconut milk if it seems to be too thick, and you can add a sweetener if you want to. Both of these options are available to you. The flavor reached its zenith for me at that point.
Utilizing a blender to liquefy the smoothie.
After that, pour the smoothie into glasses and consume it as soon as possible, as is required with any homemade smoothie.
Putting a smoothie into individual serving cups.
SUGGESTIONS TO HELP YOU MAKE THIS RECIPE
Make sure the smoothie is thoroughly blended. Because I don’t want there to be any lumps left over, I’m going to let my blender run for a couple of minutes, maybe even a few.
Consume it as quickly as possible. As quickly as you are making this smoothie, as quickly because the components are blended, they slowly begin to lose their nutrients. However, this smoothie is great under the influence of alcohol as quickly as you are making it. When placed in a hermetic environment such as the refrigerator, it will maintain its freshness for twenty-four hours.
Use frozen end result rather than dazzling as your choice. Frozen banana will give the drink a delightful creamy texture, and if you use frozen fruit, you won’t need to add ice to the mixture, which will prevent the drink from being too watered down.
Purchase some aloe vera from the nearby keep. You should be able to find aloe vera leaves in the produce section of the majority of larger supermarkets that now stock the product.
