Depressed Homeless Man Sits In The Same Corner For 3 Years Then Curious Mom Steps In

He sat on the same street corner for three years in Webster, Texas. He would stand out there in all kinds of weather too. Who truly pays attention to those people begging on the corner? Do you? Maybe you look away and avoid eye contact Ginger Sprouse paid attention to this homeless man, however.

She passed him at least four times a day. Finally, she got the courage to pull over and talk to him. His name is Victor Hubbard, 32, and he is struggling with mental illness. His very own mother abandoned him on the street. It was as if Victor was waiting for his mother to come back for him.

Ginger was shocked to hear this story. She started to visit Victor regularly and even let him come to her house when the weather was very cold.

Ginger was able to get Victor some mental health care too. She was able to give him a job at the cooking school she and her husband started called Art of the Meal.

He got clothing and supplies and doctor’s appointments. The story went viral around the world. Victor’s uncle got wind of the story, and Victor was even reunited with his mother. Victor says that Ginger saved him.

This Is Why An American Magazine Labelled Sani Abacha as “Thug of the Year” In 1995

General Sani Abacha is perhaps Nigeria’s most enigmatic head of state. He reigned from 1993 until his death in 1998. General Abacha was born in Kano state, northern Nigeria on September 20, 1943. He hails from Kanuri in Borno state.

He passed out of the Nigerian Military Training Centre in Kaduna where he proceeded to Mons Officer Cadet School in Aldershot, England before being commissioned as a 2nd lieutenant in 1963.

He is held by some as Nigeria’s most successful coup plotter. When he was still a Second Lieutenant with the 3rd Battalion in Kaduna, he took part in the July 1966 Nigerian counter-coup from the conceptual stage.
