She explained that she never intended to be “savage,” saying, “I feel like I still am sometimes; maybe it’s because I’m not on Twitter as much as I used to be. I don’t see it as being ‘savage’ because my goal is not to be savage.”.

The singer emphasized that her online personality reflects her real-life demeanor. “That’s how I am in real life, though; I’d say I’m very quick with it. If someone says sorry, I would say sorry for yourself; I’m a joker as well,” Simi shared.

However, Simi noted a shift in her social media engagement, particularly on Twitter. She explained, “Twitter isn’t the way it used to be; it used to be better. I don’t think it’s because people are now awake, though. I feel like Twitter has become a competition for who can be the most toxic or the loudest person and I don’t have fun with it like I used to. Now I hardly go on it.”

She said;

“It doesn’t matter that she said she will slap me. You know when we talk of slap, just the way it is, anybody can just say anything out of anger but I believe she doesn’t really mean it because she’s a mother.

How will you feel when somebody that your mother is far ahead of, or maybe your daughter, somebody that you are older than is sending a message through your daughter to you or your son sending a message to your mother that she will slap her, you should know that one is just out of it. Just forgive her. How will she slap me, she can’t.”

Gareth Southgate has quit his role as England manager.

This followed his European Championship final defeat to Spain.

The Three Lions lost 2-1 to Spain in Berlin on Sunday, having been beaten on penalties by Italy at Wembley three years ago.

The 53-year-old managed his country for 102 games in eight years in charge. His contract was set to expire later this year.

“As a proud Englishman, it has been the honour of my life to play for England and to manage England,” said Southgate.

“It has meant everything to me, and I have given it my all.

“But it’s time for change, and for a new chapter.”

Southgate is the only manager bar 1966 World Cup winner Sir Alf Ramsey to lead the England men’s team into a major tournament final.

He managed England at four major tournaments, also reaching the World Cup semi-finals in 2018 and quarter-finals in 2022.

Pressure mounted on him this summer, with many fans believing he was not getting enough out of a talented group of attacking players.

Some supporters threw plastic cups at him after the 0-0 draw with Slovenia, which secured England’s place in the knockout phase.

However, he got many of them back onside with their run to the final.

“The squad we took to Germany is full of exciting young talent and they can win the trophy we all dream of,” added Southgate.

“We have the best fans in the world, and their support has meant the world to me. I’m an England fan and I always will be.

“I look forward to watching and celebrating as the players go on to create more special memories and to connect and inspire the nation as we know they can.

“Thank you, England – for everything.”
