I started out by making an attempt at a recipe for a pretty tropical Aloe Vera Smoothie. I used pineapples, kiwis, cucumbers, coconut water, and orange juice in my smoothie. Banana, coconut milk, strawberries, and aloe vera gel are the four ingredients needed to prepare the smoothie.

HOW TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE WITH ALOE VERA

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and give it a good whirl to combine them. You can add coconut milk if it seems to be too thick, and you can add a sweetener if you want to. Both of these options are available to you. The flavor reached its zenith for me at that point.
