It was time for us to take our marriage vows.

As I stood there, I couldn’t contain my excitement. My heart swelled with joy knowing I had finally found a wife, not just any wife, but a virgin wife. My smile was so wide and genuine that it caught everyone’s attention, including my bride’s.
I was beaming, filled with a happiness I couldn’t describe. Just before the ceremony started, I walked over to her and gave her a warm hug. I even leaned in to kiss her but stopped myself, remembering it wasn’t time yet.
The congregation watched in surprise, unable to understand the depth of my happiness. I couldn’t wait any longer and pleaded with the pastor to proceed so I could kiss my wife for the first time
The pastor smiled at me, then faced the congregation…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>
“If anyone here has any reason why these two should not be joined in holy matrimony, speak now or forever hold your peace.” He repeated the question for the last time.
My patience was wearing thin. “Who on earth would object to my marriage to my virgin wife?”
As I was mulling this over, I was interrupted by a commotion in the congregation. Turning to look, I saw a young, beautiful lady standing with a little boy on her back.
My heart sank as I noticed my bride cutting her eyes and making frantic signs at the woman to sit down.
“What’s going on here? Can someone explain this to me?” I demanded, my voice trembling.
The pastor tried to calm me. “Please, Mr. Henry, calm down.”
The church was in shock. This was unprecedented. The pastor addressed the young woman, “Yes, young lady, what do you have to say?”
“I’m very sorry for what I’m about to reveal,” she began, her voice shaky. “Mr. Henry, please find it in your heart to forgive me. I might ruin your wedding, but the truth must be told.”
She continued, tears streaming down her face.
“Amaka, the bride, has been my childhood friend. I know everything about her. The child you see on my back is her third child.” Gasps echoed through the church as the pastor tried to calm everyone.
I was in disbelief. Rushing to my bride, I pleaded, “Baby, tell me she’s lying.” But her face gave her away. There was no denial, just a look of shame.
The pastor urged the woman to continue. “Many of you might think I’m jealous, but this is the truth, and nothing but the truth. May I never see the light of tomorrow if I’m lying,” she swore.
“She abandoned me with this child five months after he was born and disappeared. It’s been over a year, and she hasn’t once asked about him or called to check on his welfare.
I lost my job because of her, I was humiliated because of this child, and yet she never bothered.”
She paused, “But I’m not alone. I came with an old friend.” She motioned to a man in the crowd. “Mr. Johnson, can you please stand up?”
When Mr. Johnson stood, I turned to my bride in shock. “Is this the same Mr. Johnson who has been calling you every night? The one you said was your brother in China?” She didn’t respond, just hung her head in shame.
Mr. Johnson spoke, his voice calm but firm. “What she said is true. Amaka was my girlfriend. She left when I discovered she was carrying another man’s child. She made me believe she had an abortion and was out of town, but unknowingly she was arranging to marry someone else.”
“My name is Mr. Johnson, popularly known as Papa Ejima. Yes, Amaka was my girlfriend, and she gave me these beautiful twins you see sitting beside me.”
The congregation erupted. People began leaving in shame and disbelief.
My mind was a whirlwind. My head ached, my eyes burned, and my legs felt like lead. Turning to my bride, I begged,
“Babe, tell me it’s not true. Tell me he’s lying.”
For the first time, Amaka spoke, her voice barely a whisper. “I’m so sorry, my husband. Please find it in your heart to forgive me.”
My world shattered.
“Oh, so it is the truth,” I said, my voice hollow.
She nodded, confirming my worst fears.
“Oh, my virgin wife,” I cried out before everything went black, and I fainted.
The last thing I heard was the collective gasp of the congregation and the pastor’s voice calling for help as darkness engulfed me.
If you’re in my shoes would you still carry on with the marriage

The following day, Clara received a message from the construction office asking her to attend a meeting with HR. Expecting to be fired, Clara entered the meeting with mixed emotions. However, to her surprise, Mr. Gilmore was there and apologized for his outburst the previous day. He explained that the stress of the meeting had overwhelmed him and he had sensory issues.

Mr. Gilmore shared a personal story of how his grandson had once gotten lost, and a kind stranger had stayed with him until they were reunited. He expressed his gratitude for the stranger’s act of kindness and recognized Clara’s honorable actions in taking care of the abandoned baby. In a generous gesture, Mr. Gilmore not only apologized but also offered Clara a raise, compensation, and the money in an account as a token of appreciation. Although Clara initially tried to refuse, Mr. Gilmore insisted, wanting to express his gratitude in a meaningful way.

A few days later, Clara learned that the baby’s mother had been found. It turned out that someone had taken the stroller with the baby when the mother had been momentarily distracted and accidentally left it behind. Clara’s actions had saved the family from a potential tragedy.

With the money and support from Mr. Gilmore, Clara’s life took a positive turn. She decided to start her own cleaning service, determined to be her own boss and never be at the mercy of others again.

This story highlights the power of compassion and understanding. Clara’s act of kindness not only helped an abandoned baby but also led to a surprising change in her own life. It serves as a reminder that even in difficult circumstances, acts of empathy can have a profound impact and open doors to new opportunities.

Tringas, who doesn’t have custody of her daughter, told WHJG she was outraged when she saw her daughter being abused.

According to the court documents, the 20-year-old defendant, Christopher, pleaded guilty to ra-ing one young girl and se-ually abusing three others over the course of a year.

But, unfortunately,, thanks to the judge’s sympathy, he won’t even set foot inside of a prison cell for any of his crimes. The victims of the defendant are tormented by the fact that their se-ual abuser will not be jailed for his actions. The defendant was formally charged with first-degree ra-e, third-degree ra-e, and se-ual abuse involving multiple minors when he was only 17 years old…Click Here To Continue Reading>> …Click Here To Continue Reading>>

The abuse occurred over the course of a year at his home. He later pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree se* abuse, third-degree attempted abuse, and third-degree ra-e.

Per reports, Judge Murphy said in front of Belter and his victims that he agonized over whether or not to imprison the rapist. He then announced that Belter would receive no jail time and just eight years of probation for his crimes because jailing him wouldn’t be an appropriate sentence.

Judge Murphy went on to say that he came to his decision based on the ra-ist’s age at the time of the crimes. The defendant was 16 or 17 when he ra-ed a teen girl and se-ually abused three others, whose ages ranged from 15 to 16 years. READ FULL STORY HERE>>>CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE READING>>>

“I agonized — I’m not ashamed to say that I actually prayed over what is the appropriate sentence in this case. because there was great pain. There was great harm — There were multiple crimes committed in the case,” Judge Murphy explained. “It seems to me that a sentence that involves incarceration or partial incarceration isn’t appropriate, so I am going to sentence you to probation.” Although the defendant is required to register as a se* offender, he received a sentence of two years interim probation which, if completed, will earn him Youthful Offender status. His probation restrictions include no contact with minors, living with his parents, employment or full-time student status, and no internet. “It’s going to be like a sword hanging over your head for the next eight years,” Judge Murphy remarked.

Christopher’s victims learned in court that he would receive no jail time. Understandably, they were stunned and disgusted with the judge’s decision.

One of the victim’s attorneys attributed the merciful sentence to Christopher’s race and economic status. “I am deeply, deeply disappointed. I expected a different outcome today,” declared Cohen, attorney. “Justice was not done today. He is privileged. He comes from money. He is white. He was sentenced as an adult, appropriately — for an adult to get away with these crimes is unjust.”
